You Take My Breath Away!

Why am I so blown away by His ways, His faithfulness?!
I know He initiated this journey within a journey in me;
I know it was He who extended His hand and said:
"Come with Me and see. . . ."

And yet - I stand astonished when He does what He says.
And thrilled!

Its not just that I felt that the devotional message "went home" this morning - although that is very heart warming and satisfying: its the very definite sense of "this is that."
The Lord had said to me: "My peace I give unto you"
He had invited me to be untroubled and unafraid.
I made a decision to "go there" intentionally.
And I found that He had done it really - its true, available, at hand.
Its a given - literally.

I found sharing with fellow believers this morning a joyous, fun experience.
No nerves, no butterflies, no dry mouth.
(All of which were standard procedure previously)
Even when there was a technical hitch during the process, it just added to the informality and personal-ness of the moment.
So, publicly, Lord, I want to say "Thank You" for this journey, for bringing joy, reality, and a vibrancy back into my zone.

You are good and true.
You take my breath away.
